War Declaration Treaty

The leaders of Mankind organizations have met within a Galactic Leaders Meeting in order to civilize the war declaration proceedings between their respective organization, according to war general principles.

Therefore, the attending leaders, in the name and on behalf of their respective people and organization, have decided to be bounded by the following rules.

Article 1.

Whenever war should arise between signatory organizations, a motivated declaration of war shall be solemnly made prior to any military strike, in accordance with Article 2.

When an attack is made by error, the attacker shall forthwith explain the situation to the defendant, and the damages eventually suffered by the defendant shall be reimbursed by the attacker ; under these conditions, the attack is deemed not to be a war.

Article 2.

The declaration of war shall be made in three steps, which shall be completed within a few minutes:

(i) The war shall be motivated and declared by Mankind mail to at least one on-line member of the ennemy organization.

(ii) The motivated declaration of war, as well as the name of the on-line person who received it by Mankind mail, shall be sent by email at the official email address of notification of the ennemy organization.

(iii) The motivated declaration of war, as well as the name of the on-line person who received it by Mankind mail, shall be posted on the Mankind-Outpost forum as a new topic.

The military strikes may then begin immediately.

Article 3.

Any signatory organization which has not declared war prior to any military strike, in breach of the present Treaty, shall be removed from the list of the signatory organizations and added to the list of breaching organizations at the end of the present Treaty.

The breach of Treaty shall be posted on the Mankind-Outpost forum as a new topic.

Article 4.

The present Treaty shall be published on the Galactic Assembly site.

Each of the signatory organizations shall indicate its official email address of notification under its signature on the present Treaty.

Other organisations can join the Treaty from time to time simply by signing it and requesting its update to the Galactic Assembly webmaster.
